on all types of mortgages and has been advising on lifetime mortgages for the last 18 years, has a wealth of experience and is based in Central London.
Terry Surin

Terry has been working in the mortgage market for over 30 years. Terry is a fully qualified mortgage adviser and has also been advising on equity release schemes for many years.
Terry now specialises in equity release and has many years’ experience in advising and placing these and other difficult to place cases.
Yemi Akinyemi

Yemi has recently joined MCAL and had previously worked for many years with a well known high street lender and has worked in the financial services sector for many years.
